wow, four hours sleep.
hoo ray.
for those keeping track: better than sunday, worse than monday.
We all know why I’m awake, so let’s start by clueing me in…
Huh?
Yeah, todays going to be a good day.
I got to miss the Polka-Dot Door this morning. Not those lame Polka-Dot Shorts, but the actual PDD, with Bear, and Merigold, and Humpty and Dumpty… and let’s not forget the Polka-Roo - but, alas, I did miss him again… shucks. I do have the Tele-tubbies to entertain me this early morn, but I don’t think it’s the most stimulating thing to kick start my brain today. A bunch of colourful characters talking incoherently and bumping into things… hey, it’s just like work!
Oooh, Blue’s Clues is on later. I wonder if it’s a Steve episode, or a new one with, ahem, Joe (I wish I could get that comic-book, icicle-cold font to put on “Joe” … the whole Steve to Joe thing was very traumatic)
Ooh, cows.
“Lala, lala, MOO! Hee hee hee.”
actual quote from teletubbies.
favorite yoga position
pigeon lunge.
it’s fun.
Not quite like this this though
ha ha
I misread this yoga page I was on… it said “yoga fit” and I thought it said Yoga Fett.
Flex like the jedi, May the Fourth be with you…
the spider beside my oven
Yup, there’s another one… I’m too tired to think of a name… but you should see all the complex webwork he has going on on either side of the stove.
Breaker 1-9er, are their any smokey’s with their ears on?
10-4 good buddy?
wha?
SOmebody name this one for me. First caller through gets… nothing, really.
song of the day
because I couldn’t sleep, the band is Unrest, the song is untitled, or track 16 from the BPM (1991 - 1994) cd. It was either this, or Vibe Out (but I’ll save Vibe Out for another day)
someday soon I’ll get to the Spiderland album by Slint… and perhaps I’ll tell a long, drawn out, overly boring story about why I’m buying a lot of stuff from the early 90’s.

It’s 6a.m., do you know where your children are
Wow, I don’t remember the last time I woke up at six a.m., come tomorrow I still wont. I didn’t get to sleep last night.
Some sudden attack of insomnia (no, it wasn’t Robin Williams) No matter how hard I tried I just couldn’t fall asleep, the heat and the headache weren’t helping.
I was stripped down to nothingness with the fan pointed right at me and I wasn’t cooling down, and I wasn’t able to sleep no matter how relaxed I got … so I said “lets get more relaxed” and kicked it into gear with Rodney Yee doin’ a full workout at 5am. Then I spent half an hour relaxing and knew the exact point when the earth broke her fever for the morning (5:44am). After a shower I opened the window and in rushed, gasp, cool air. Well, not cool air, but cooler air at least. It’s nice at the moment, kind of tranquil and serene. Though I don’t know how much longer I can stay awake for before another headache sets in.
Is it just me or are these sentences no coming together properly. My whole judgement caller thingy is way outta whack at the moment.
song of the day
for Stars: There Was A River
This song is like getting up early in the morning after not being able to sleep. Solemn, somber, and yet surprisingly uplifting and sweet. Just as beautiful as a sunset (when the piano kicks in I get shivers every time).

12:00 yoga
I can’t believe that I still can’t tell my left from my right instinctively. Actual “dialogue” between myself and Rodney Yee on the tele.
RY: Release your left foot into a lunge.
me: That’s my right foot stupid!
Don’t ask if I was talking to myself or to the tele.. cause I don’t know.

Power Yoga
Wow, up before noon.
TRUMP!
Every time I do the Power Yoga for Strength (with Rodney Yee) portion of my P.Y. DVD (Region 1 thanks), I always get to doing this “side arm balance” around the 9:00minute mark and thinking, “god, is this done yet?”, and by the 13:00minute mark, every time, I think, “god, am I done yet?”
It really is a workout, and not just flexing and relaxing. This isn’t what I signed up for.
Gringo Starr update
okay, unless he went under the baseboards to curl up and die, I don’t think he’s there. He’s not back.
I worry.
I hope he writes, wherever he went to.
Writing stuffs
Last night I found a comic script I wrote about three or four years ago. The formatting was a little rough, but it was only a rough draft, otherwise it was really good.
I’m going to transcribe it and post it… somewhere, probably on the revamped Chewbacca site (as soon as I get around to revamping said site…only 3 years in the not doing anything making. expect disappointment).
Anyway, the story won’t make sense to non-comic book readers, and even if you do read comics, you’d pretty much have to had followed the Resurrection Man series, as this was a one-off issue I was going to proposed before the series went belly up.
When all is said and done, I’ll put up an intro with a little detail of the characters appearing to catch everyone up, and a short description of timeframe for the continuity geeks out there.

I do yoga every morning
I do yoga every morning (or sometimes afternoon, depending on what time I get my shiftless ass outta bed)… it’s a habit now. But this isn’t your garden variety sissy yoga! Hell no, this is POWER YOGA WITH RODNEY YEE the special dvd edition (which I’ve borrowed from my sister and slowly integrated into my own collection).
All I can say though is the Flexibility workout is seriously a bitch for the unflexable. It slowly becomes less and less torturous as I do it but still, holy carp, the burning!!!
